Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a production team of 40+ to achieve operational goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • •Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost while ensuring standardized work and SOP compliance.
  • •Create and maintain production budgets/forecasts on a monthly basis and participate in operational planning.
  • •Own people development and succession planning for the unit.
  • •Drive problem solving and continuous improvement activities, including Lean Six Sigma and 5S, and ensure ALPS expectations are embedded on the shop floor.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervising staff.
  • •Lean Manufacturing experience.
  • •Experience with manufacturing MRP/ERP systems.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
