Job Summary

Provide Level 2 onsite support for enterprise network and infrastructure technologies, including LAN/WAN/wireless, IP telephony/VoIP, and audio/video conferencing. Troubleshoot incidents and service degradations, perform network changes and planned maintenance, and support emergency restoration. Handle incident/problem/change processes aligned to ITIL, escalate complex issues to Level 3/vendors, and maintain accurate technical documentation and runbooks while coordinating with customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide Level 2 onsite support for LAN/WAN/wireless, IP telephony/unified communications, AV/video conferencing, firewalls, building security systems, and telecommunication infrastructure.
•Perform fault isolation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for incidents and service degradations.
•Execute network changes, migrations, upgrades, and installations following change management processes; support planned maintenance and emergency restoration.
•Handle incident and service requests within SLA timelines; escalate complex issues to Level 3 or vendors with proper documentation and technical analysis.
•Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, network diagrams, and update incident records/change logs/asset information in ITSM ticketing systems; contribute to KB articles and SOPs.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
•3–5 years of hands-on onsite network/infrastructure support in enterprise or managed services environments.
•Solid understanding of LAN/WAN/wireless networking concepts, IP telephony/VoIP fundamentals, and AV/video conferencing technologies.
•Knowledge of firewall fundamentals and basic security principles, plus building security and surveillance systems and telecommunication/cabling standards.
•Experience with network troubleshooting methodologies and SLA-driven support; familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools and ITIL processes.
