Key Responsibilities

  • •Design scalable, performant Appian applications aligned with client enterprise architecture.
  • •Develop and deliver end-to-end Appian BPM solutions, including process models/workflows and secure role-based access control.
  • •Implement integrations using REST, connected systems, and OAuth.
  • •Create and manage data handling using CDT, records, expression rules, and decision tables, including configuration of decision logic via decision tables.
  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders in Agile/Scrum, perform unit testing and performance tuning, and mentor developers through code reviews and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •A strong understanding of Appian architecture, design patterns, and solutioning, including Appian DevOps practices such as compare & deploy and environment promotions.
  • •Experience designing robust process models and workflows, with solid skills in CDT, records, expression rules, and decision tables.
  • •Knowledge of integration approaches using REST web services, connected systems, and OAuth.
  • •Experience with Appian plug-ins & Smart Services, including ability to create custom plug-ins.
