Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and run the company strategy cadence (annual strategy review, quarterly milestone board, OKR derivation and tracking).
  • •Own the roadmap process including dependencies, interfaces, and priorities, while keeping technical content with SciTech teams.
  • •Produce decision-grade materials for leadership and the board.
  • •Build and operate the ecosystem/alliance program (partner mapping, alliance governance, onboarding, working-group cadence).
  • •Advance technology collaborations aligned to the roadmap, including MoUs/JDAs and joint development, and support selected strategic partnerships (e.g., Siemens Energy, Fusion Hubs).

Key Requirements

  • •Own strategy and operational planning processes, including OKRs, roadmaps, and cadence management in a deep tech startup.
  • •3–4 years of experience in an ops & strategy role in deep tech (e.g., aerospace, biotech, or energy).
  • •Ability to produce decision-grade materials for leadership and the board.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills to work across interfaces between leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
  • •Technical background and genuine willingness to go deep into physics & engineering.
