Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and tailor project-level BIM standards within the firmwide framework, including BEP templates, naming conventions, QA/QC checklists, and CDE folder structures.
  • •Administer the project Common Data Environment (CDE) including tools, permissions, workflows, retention/archival, and integration with project-management systems.
  • •Oversee day-to-day BIM production by U.S. BIM staff and enterprise capability partners, monitoring progress against standards, scope, and agreed LOD/IO requirements and driving timely corrective action.
  • •Conduct QA reviews (visual inspections, clash/coordination review), triage deficiencies and non-compliance, maintain accountability records, and escalate persistent issues.
  • •Backfill hands-on production as needed (Revit modeling, smart-object templates), manage model coordination and lifecycle integration (3D/4D/5D), and report BIM KPIs and compliance metrics monthly.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree + 6 years BIM/digital delivery experience, or Associate’s degree + 8 years, or HS Diploma + 10 years, including 2 years directly leading/coordinating multidisciplinary BIM work.
  • •2+ years leading or coordinating multidisciplinary BIM work and demonstrating equivalency of experience/education.
  • •8+ years in BIM environments, including establishing/enforcing standards and overseeing multidisciplinary teams (U.S. market/projects preferred).
  • •Strong hands-on Revit skills to step in and produce/correct model content across disciplines.
  • •Deep experience with Forma, Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D; automation capability using Dynamo and Revit API/scripting; strong knowledge of BIM standards (NBIMs, NCIS, AIA, BIMForum, ISO 19650).
