Key Responsibilities

  • •Obtain required shift paperwork and complete all required documentation and critical data.
  • •Operate controls on compactors; check equipment for anything out of the ordinary.
  • •Dump and compact trash; bale cardboard and bale plastic/buckets for recycling.
  • •Monitor the compacting process and load materials (cardboard, barrels, pallets, plastic/buckets, etc.) onto designated trailers.
  • •Clean compactors and totes, maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards; may perform general labor duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Minimum 3 months’ production or related experience preferred.

  • •Ability to operate P.I.T.’s (sit-down forklift & pallet jack) and be PIT and LOTO certified (or able to become certified).
