Build and maintain as-is/to-be states and enterprise architecture roadmaps to guide modernization, cloud adoption, cybersecurity, and standardization across 54 states and territories. Provide senior technical guidance, assess solutions against architecture/security/performance needs, and support zero trust and RMF-aligned designs.
