Job Summary

Deliver high-quality technical training on Honeywell Fire & Life Safety solutions across the UK & Ireland, with occasional support in Europe. Develop and deliver engaging training programs for employees and external stakeholders (channel partners, distributors, consultants, end users), ensuring they can install, configure, and support the products. Plan regional quarterly training schedules using the company LMS, keep training materials and records current, and partner with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support to align content with new releases.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver technical product training for Honeywell Fire & Life Safety solutions, including Notifier EN fire detection systems, Honeywell public address & voice alarm systems, and Xtralis VESDA.
•Plan and manage quarterly training schedules for the assigned region using the Learning Management System (LMS).
•Maintain accurate training records and keep training materials, demonstration equipment, and documentation up to date.
•Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Technical Support to enhance training content and address customer training needs.
•Validate new products and software releases before launch and update training programs to reflect the latest technologies and product features.

Key Requirements

•Technical diploma or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years in a relevant technical field.
•5+ years of experience as a technical trainer, technical support engineer, or fire systems technician.
•3+ years hands-on experience installing, configuring, and programming fire alarm systems.
•Strong knowledge of fire detection systems; experience with Notifier EN, Honeywell PAVA, and/or Xtralis VESDA is highly desirable.
•Fluent English and strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused, proactive approach.
