  • •Deliver new functionality or features, using the most appropriate tools & techniques

  • •Act as a coach and mentor to others in the team

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with C# .NET (latest features) and building microservices in a distributed system
  • •Experience mentoring less experienced engineers and pair-programming
  • •Proven ability to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Spacelift or similar) and work with Infra as Code (Terraform)
  • •Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker)
  • •Strong understanding of observability (logging/monitoring) and reliability engineering
