Assistant Store Leader

Partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. Set the tone on the sales floor by modeling service and selling standards, driving omni-channel and virtual selling, and enabling clienteling and loyalty programs. Recruit, onboard, and develop a diverse team, manage KPIs, and act as Store Leader in their absence. Oversee cash handling, schedules, payroll budgets, compliance, loss prevention, inventory accuracy, and engage shoppers via live stream and social media.
