Build trusted relationships with retail and business customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual engagement. Assess customers’ banking needs, gather and process account information, recommend deposit and loan solutions, and open accounts or complete service requests. Provide a consistent client experience, educate customers on digital and self-service tools, and partner with branch teams to deliver operational excellence and accuracy while using a digital-first mindset.
