Job Summary

Lead UX design across Blackstone’s Finance & Operations technology portfolio, shaping end-to-end experiences for fund operations, investor servicing, reporting, documents, onboarding, and financial data workflows. Partner with product managers and engineering to define vision and user journeys, run research and usability testing, and create prototypes and high-fidelity designs. Evolve design consistency through design systems and contribute to the Investor Portal ecosystem.

•Lead UX design initiatives across multiple Finance & Operations applications and product workstreams.
•Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to define product vision, user workflows, and experience strategies.
•Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, and usability testing to identify needs and improvements.
•Create user journeys, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
•Translate complex financial and operational processes into simple, scalable, and efficient user interfaces.

•Proficiency with modern and AI-enabled prototyping tools such as Figma.
