Key Responsibilities

  • •Technically lead the team delivering Network Automation and Orchestration products.
  • •Own end-to-end design and development artifacts, including functional/design specifications, code, and unit/integration tests.
  • •Drive implementation of best-in-class engineering practices such as Test-Driven Development and design principles.
  • •Develop epics, stories, and tasks for execution and collaborate across teams for full solution integration.
  • •Establish technical standards, mentor team members, and guide architectural decisions for scalable, maintainable solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 10 years of experience in software systems engineering (technical leadership scope).
  • •Complete exposure to the entire Product Life Cycle.
  • •Proficiency in Java or Golang with strong coding, debugging, and software design skills.
  • •Hands-on containerization/orchestration experience with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s, K3s), and Helm charts.
  • •Knowledge of networking protocols and telemetry standards such as OpenAPI/OpenConfig, NETCONF, streaming telemetry, GNMI, gRPC, and XMPP.
