Key Responsibilities

  • •Work within and lead specific workstreams within a cross-discipline Project Controls team.
  • •Support scope definition and decomposition to establish a Work Breakdown Structure using exclusions, assumptions, interfaces, and dependencies.
  • •Partner with the Integrated Project Team to establish a robust performance measurement baseline and manage change control.
  • •Integrate and align scope, cost, risk, and schedule, including analysis of performance data using Earned Value Management.
  • •Liaise with Finance to generate prospective financial positions (Cash Estimate to Complete and Estimate at Complete) and support risk identification, quantification, and oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering projects and having Project Controls experience across one or more stages in the project lifecycle.
  • •Knowledge of one or more Project Controls disciplines, including Planning/Scheduling, Cost Estimation/Cost Control, Risk Management, or Performance Reporting.
  • •Hold or be working towards membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., Association for Project Management, Project Management Institute).
  • •Undergraduate degree in a relevant technical or management field, or suitable equivalent qualifications and experience.
  • •A proactive, curious, can-do attitude with strong communication skills to influence outcomes in uncertain project environments.
