Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Store Director in driving sales growth, developing strategies by product category and clientele, and building VIP relationships.
  • •Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and motivating staff to achieve sales goals and maintain customer service standards.
  • •Oversee inventory and merchandise presentation, including optimizing stock mix and levels based on sales trends.
  • •Manage store operations including cost control, compliance, preparing detailed sales reports, and contributing to business reviews.
  • •Maintain luxury customer service, handle complex client issues, uphold visual merchandising and housekeeping standards, and represent the brand locally.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in spoken and written English and the local language.
  • •Strong knowledge of the luxury jewellery retail industry and interest in jewellery.
  • •Proven track record delivering sales results in a store environment (flagship experience is a plus).
  • •Proactive leadership with the ability to set clear expectations and inspire confidence.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to use a POS system.
