Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the HSE focal point for allocated locations and ensure implementation of the Health and Safety Management System.
  • •Enforce DHCM health and safety policies; conduct fire safety inspections and ensure compliance with statutory regulatory requirements.
  • •Attend, investigate, and record HSE incidents/accidents/near misses; prepare trend analysis and manage emergency drills and emergency reporting.
  • •Monitor contractor and supplier HSE activities, conduct H&S audits, review/approve H&S documents and permits, and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • •Perform risk assessments and inspections, chair HSE performance meetings, handle HSE-related customer complaints, support ISO compliance/internal audits, and produce weekly/monthly HSE reports plus ESG submission data.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related HSE discipline, with Lead Auditor certification in ISO 45001.
  • •Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in facilities management, community management, large-scale projects, or shopping mall environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of HSE management systems (IMS development, implementation, maintenance, compliance management, and continuous improvement).
  • •Working knowledge of international HSE standards and regulations, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, WELL certification requirements, and UAE Fire & Life Safety (FLS)/NFPA codes.
  • •Proficiency in HSE management applications and Microsoft Office; NEBOSH IGC Level 3 is an advantage.
