Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the full growth funnel from first visit to first rewarding moment, including landing pages, sign-up, identity checks, credit decision, plan selection, activation, and first purchase.
  • •Set targets for visitor-to-approved-member conversion, time from first visit to first transaction, and first-30-day activation; report monthly and own outcomes.
  • •Partner with design and engineering teams to define experiments and build test instrumentation to validate or reject ambitious bets.
  • •Collaborate with marketing on offers and messaging across paid/brand/partnership channels so the ad story matches the app experience and improves conversion.
  • •Plan for market expansion by defining what must be local versus global and building the systems needed for new markets (e.g., identity checks, currency, payment methods, language, local partners).

Key Requirements

  • •Have owned a consumer funnel and improved conversion/time-to-value using clear diagnostics and measurable results.
  • •Talk with members and near-misses regularly to identify drop-off and decline patterns and sharpen product instincts.
  • •Run experimentation end-to-end using data (hypothesis, metric, threshold, analysis) and know when not to test.
  • •Build funnel tests hands-on, using tools like Webflow, Figma, and Claude Code to design, implement, and analyze.
  • •Experience working at the product/marketing seam (landing pages, offers, attribution, server-side tracking), and launching or localising in new markets in fintech/regulated products.
  • •Able to work within regulated lending guardrails, partnering with Risk, Compliance, and Legal on acceptance quality, fraud, and what the funnel can say/do.
