Client Relationship Consultant 2 (Banker) - Cottage Grove

Build trusted relationships with customers by engaging in-person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess clients’ banking needs, process information and transactions, and open new consumer and business accounts while submitting credit applications when needed. Educate customers on deposit and loan products and emerging digital/self-service tools, and recommend solutions aligned to each customer’s goals. Partner with branch teams to deliver an accurate, consistent client experience with operational excellence.
