Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive personal sales performance while leading the team to achieve sales and KPI targets by analyzing metrics and implementing best practices.
  • •Build client relationships through proactive outreach to ensure exceptional in-store and after-sales experiences and drive repeat business and VIP retention.
  • •Coach the team on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, onboarding role modeling, feedback, and ongoing training while acting as an advocate.
  • •Supervise opening/closing procedures including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and securing the facility (key-holding).
  • •Manage operational excellence by processing POS transactions and inventory functions and keeping the stockroom organized for timely replenishment.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role (luxury/premium or comparable retail preferred).

  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
