Key Responsibilities

  • •Support, manage, develop, implement and deliver the plan via key strategies to aid the overall success of the business.
  • •Resolve complex queries-errors and ensure problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • •Analysis of business performance and results in sales and comparison of results with defined outcomes.
  • •Coordinate, plan and implement measures as well as assisting in projects.
  • •Support the implementation of sales initiatives, networks, events and systems, execute the liaison between the field and internal areas on customers issues and maintaining management data in systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with sales data analysis and reporting to support performance monitoring and decision-making
  • •Ability to resolve complex queries and errors quickly and effectively
  • •Strong collaboration with Sales and Distribution teams to support ongoing sales performance
  • •Experience maintaining and organizing management data in systems
  • •Ability to prepare customer reports and information for key meetings
