•Lead and develop software and controls engineering teams, setting technical direction and execution priorities.
•Partner with algorithms engineering leadership to prioritize initiatives and align roadmaps across distributed teams.
•Define milestones and delivery targets across multiple product stakeholders, and hold the organization accountable to them.
•Lead globally distributed teams across time zones, including offshore engineering centers, and drive a coherent strategy across sites.
•Identify and scale best practices across the organization, and apply AI tools and methods to improve productivity and product capability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,000 - 231,000 annually

•Proven track record leading software and/or controls engineering for robust, high-reliability systems such as industrial automation or semiconductor equipment.
•Experience running sizable engineering organizations, including leading other managers.
•Strong stakeholder management across multiple product lines, with a record of setting and hitting milestones.
•Demonstrated success leading geographically distributed teams, including offshore/India-based engineering centers, across multiple time zones.
•BS/MS in EE, CS, or related field (or equivalent experience), with 10+ years engineering and 3+ years people management experience.
