Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large-scale capital programs.
  • •Develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans and schedules to support efficient project execution.
  • •Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for project team approval.
  • •Assess critical path impacts and near-critical activities, and report findings to the project team.
  • •Monitor schedule deviations and variances, prepare schedule progress reports and analysis, and support corrective action approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (preferably Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related).
  • •10+ years as a planner/scheduler on capital projects, including design and construction phases.
  • •Direct experience working on teams within a complex matrix environment.
  • •Expertise using Primavera P6.
  • •Construction industry experience is required; additional life sciences experience is strongly preferred; local candidates preferred (relocation assistance if needed).
