Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end purchase order process for parts, equipment, and services, including quoting, price comparisons, PO generation/issuance, and receipt.
  • •Investigate vendor purchase orders for items not received within 30 days and ensure receipt/verification, communication, and distribution.
  • •Manage parts room operations with the Maintenance Lead, including storage, min/max levels, parts control, critical parts identification, new parts registry, warranty, labeling, and cycle counts.
  • •Execute preventative maintenance planning in iMaint (CMMS), including work orders and purchase order generation and updates.
  • •Run the preventative maintenance program for new/modification/execution of PMs and support EHS and quality/GMP compliance (including required training, inspections, and audits).

Key Requirements

  • •High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Minimum three years of relevant work experience in a team-based manufacturing environment.
  • •Technical knowledge of aerosol/liquid production and consumer packaging equipment/operations.
  • •Strong mechanical, electrical, or reliability maintenance background (desired).
  • •Proficiency using email, computers, software, and data processing; work with minimal supervision.
