Collect and analyze user behavior using methods like lab studies, field visits, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies, server logs, and A/B testing. Partner with designers, product managers, engineers, and other UXRs to prioritize research in a fast-changing environment, and advocate insights through written reports and in-person presentations.
