•Act as a liaison between retail branches and support areas by leveraging relationships with product and line-of-business partners to benefit customers and achieve sales/financial results.
•Oversee recruiting, hiring, training, and adherence to FTE staffing model guidelines within defined markets.
•Ensure overall financial performance for the district, manage budgets, grow the customer base, and increase customers where the bank is central in Consumer and Business Banking.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,270 - 220,330 annually
