Manager, Retail Planning

Develop and manage merchandise open-to-buy and inventory plans across genders and categories for the Retail channel. Own reconciliation of channel plans to corporate growth objectives and key metrics including revenue, margin, turns, and inventory efficiency. Build forecasting and weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting tools, analyze markdowns and promotions, and partner with Merchandising and Supply Chain to ensure buy plan unit delivery and end-of-season performance improvements.
