•Translate business challenges into structured strategies, clear recommendations, and compelling transformation narratives.
•Facilitate workshops, capture client insights, and convert discussions into visual storylines and decision-ready decks.
•Map current journeys, identify friction points, and build blueprints for new digital or AI-powered services.
•Collaborate with designers, engineers, and change leads to deliver prototypes and pilots.
•Deliver CxO-level presentations that combine visuals, logic, and clear communication.

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, product management, or digital transformation roles.
•Experience in AI-driven transformation, digital strategy, or process redesign.
•Strong business analysis and facilitation skills, including journey mapping and service blueprinting through to agile requirements definition.
•Proven ability to lead client presentations, run workshops, and create high-impact decks (strategy, business case, transformation roadmap).
•Experience working with or alongside technology such as Cloud, AI, Power Platform, or Microsoft Dynamics; ability to frame why it matters.
