Key Requirements

  • •3–5+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, product management, or digital transformation roles.
  • •Experience in AI-driven transformation, digital strategy, or process redesign.
  • •Strong business analysis and facilitation skills, including journey mapping and service blueprinting through to agile requirements definition.
  • •Proven ability to lead client presentations, run workshops, and create high-impact decks (strategy, business case, transformation roadmap).
  • •Experience working with or alongside technology such as Cloud, AI, Power Platform, or Microsoft Dynamics; ability to frame why it matters.
