•Monitor market and consumer trends and package insights into updates for country/region leadership and strategic planning.
•Manage third-party research services to deliver market and brand share updates or ad-hoc research projects.
•Translate market intelligence and data analytics into business decision making with leadership and business teams.
•Drive commercial ST meeting orientation by identifying key topics and supporting decisions, influencing stakeholders for desired outcomes.
•Coordinate prioritization and provide project administration support; analyze initiative data versus baseline and maintain business scorecards; support strategic communications for adidas Korea.

Key Requirements

•University degree or above; MBA or other business-related qualification preferred.
•6–8 years of general business experience in consumer goods/services or in consulting/research with cross-functional, market-level project management.
•Experience managing consumer/market research projects and data analytics (primary/secondary).
•Ability to track initiatives/projects and deliver data analytics and reporting that tell a clear story.
•Fluency in written and spoken English and passion for the sport/sporting goods industry.
