  • •Conduct safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
  • •Progress through consistent coaching and leadership training within the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •A valid driver’s license and a good driving record, with ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements.
  • •Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (sales mindset).
  • •Ability to build rapport and act with integrity with diverse customers (customer-first attitude).
  • •Technical aptitude experience is helpful (e.g., cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar).
  • •Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and work in attics/confined spaces, including climbing ladders up to 14 feet.
