Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead manufacturing excellence initiatives aligned with business growth objectives, improving OEE, labor productivity, throughput, capacity utilization, and plant efficiency.
  • •Drive cost reduction and productivity opportunities through productivity projects, value engineering, automation, and process optimization while building a continuous improvement culture.
  • •Champion a zero-harm safety culture by leading risk assessments, ergonomics improvements, safety kaizens, and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations and standards.
  • •Lead quality improvement efforts, including defect reduction initiatives such as PFMEA, control plans, process capability improvement, and error-proofing (Poka-Yoke).
  • •Deliver strategic projects across Industry 4.0 and advanced manufacturing: factory footprint and layout optimization, capacity expansion/greenfield-brownfield projects, NPI manufacturing readiness, and digital manufacturing deployments (including real-time monitoring, analytics, and predictive maintenance).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •12–15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, operational excellence, or advanced manufacturing.
  • •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
  • •Proven experience leading strategic manufacturing initiatives including factory footprint optimization, capacity expansion, and productivity/cost reduction programs.
  • •Hands-on knowledge of automation and digital manufacturing (Industry 4.0) deployments, including analytics and AI-enabled improvement opportunities.
