Key Responsibilities

  • •Create video content (short-form, long-form, event coverage, and real-time social clips) capturing Embark sessions, office hours, and panels.
  • •Capture and amplify community moments through real-time content across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
  • •Support programming operations including founder logistics, session scheduling, and on-ground coordination during the cohort.
  • •Keep cohort communication, trackers, and schedules up to date to ensure smooth handoffs between sessions and speakers.
  • •Log footage, pull key quotes/clips, and package organized raw material for the editing team’s turnaround.

Key Requirements

  • •Comfortable shooting and editing video using a phone or DSLR, producing clean, vertical, social-first footage.
  • •Familiarity with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Descript, or similar.
  • •Able to be based in San Francisco in person for the full program duration (5 weeks starting 1st October 2026).
  • •Able to capture and organize footage, pull key quotes/clips, and package materials for fast editing turnaround.
  • •Tool-agnostic and able to create outstanding content using both traditional and AI-powered tools.
