Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the Technology Partnerships strategy for the Laser Team, aligned with the technology roadmap and decision gates.
  • •Screen and evaluate external and publicly funded projects and new business opportunities; scout and engage potential partners.
  • •Develop and maintain joint roadmaps and co-development projects with key partners.
  • •Own PMO for laser-related programs, including project governance, portfolio management, budget & resource planning, and risk management.
  • •Provide financial budget planning and regular KPI reporting, manage strategic/operational projects with internal and external partners, and support supplier development and qualification for critical laser components.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed Master’s or PhD degree in business, engineering, physics, or a similar field.
  • •Hands-on Project/Program Management (PMO) experience with a technical focus, ideally in operations, strategy, or R&D / deep-tech environments.
  • •Experience in partnership or stakeholder management across both technical and business functions.
  • •Successful completion of a complex project and technical affinity for engaging laser/optics engineering counterparts.
  • •Professional-level skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools, with fluency in English and German.
