Key Responsibilities

  • •Process biweekly multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees in partnership with HR Business Partners.
  • •Validate payroll data (earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and benefit deductions) and process payroll adjustments and off-cycle payments as needed.
  • •Support payroll reconciliations, quarter-end and year-end activities, including W-2 processing, and maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
  • •Maintain employee payroll data in Dayforce and SuccessFactors, and complete lifecycle transactions (hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, leaves of absence, terminations).
  • •Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and support tax reporting, audits, and employee payroll inquiries; assist with payroll system testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of U.S. payroll experience in a multi-state environment.
  • •Experience with Dayforce Payroll and Workforce Management.
  • •Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or another HRIS preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, wage and hour laws, garnishments, and deductions.
