Job Summary

Own the employee and manager experience by designing a seamless, digitally enabled journey across the employee lifecycle. Lead knowledge management and operational documentation to improve governance, accuracy, searchability, and AI readiness. Optimize employee lifecycle workflows, employee portal and chatbot performance, reporting, and service delivery KPIs. Partner with HRIS, Total Rewards, and shared services teams to deliver automation and AI-driven self-service, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and govern P&E operational knowledge content (policies, procedures, FAQs, onboarding resources) to keep it accurate, compliant, and easily accessible.
•Lead governance, standardization, and lifecycle practices for knowledge management, improving searchability, usability, and structure for self-service and AI consumption.
•Partner with Total Rewards and People Shared Services to optimize HR lifecycle workflows and employee experiences using AI and automation.
•Manage and optimize Employee Portal and Chatbot performance; maintain reporting on service delivery, knowledge utilization, inquiries, case deflection, and search outcomes.
•Partner with HRIS and technology teams to support P&E operational technology enhancements, local/global integration, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 90,200 - 112,700 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in HR Operations, employee lifecycle management, shared services, or HR technology.
•Strong understanding of HR systems, case management tools, and knowledge management platforms.
•Experience improving operational process workflows, knowledge management, or employee experience initiatives, ideally including digital employee experience and self-service strategies.
•Exposure to AI, automation, chatbots, or virtual agent technologies (preferred).
•Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer/Data Science (AI certifications are desirable).
