Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full ownership of store performance, meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets.
  • •Manage resources and ensure proper execution of policies, procedures, initiatives, and directives to provide a leading customer shopping experience.
  • •Analyze store data to identify improvement areas and drive continuous improvements in sales, productivity, and profitability.
  • •Ensure legal and financial integrity, process merchandise deliveries same day, and maintain accurate, fast cash register transactions.
