Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary SME for fraud protection solutions throughout the sales cycle.
  • •Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), workshops, and define success criteria during POCs.
  • •Oversee and coordinate pre-sales activities, including preparation of technical proposals, RFP responses, and compliance documentation.
  • •Design and refine solution implementation architecture and support installation, integration, deployment, testing, and configuration at customer sites or remotely.
  • •Deliver seminars and training on product capabilities and best practices, and relay customer feedback to product teams to improve solution offerings.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or fraud prevention, or 5 years in high-tech IT industries.
  • •Proven experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales focused on fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or related fields.
  • •Deep understanding of information security threats, evolving fraud tactics, and advanced protection mechanisms.
  • •Hands-on experience with fraud detection tools and enterprise fraud management systems, including authentication technologies and risk-based scoring.
  • •Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused insights for diverse stakeholders.
