Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, design, and implement risk management processes tailored to client needs and aligned with industry best practice.
  • •Assist with risk (threats and opportunities) activities to actively manage risk and seek efficiencies across client projects and programmes.
  • •Facilitate risk workshops with clients and project team members and support the development of risk management practices for clients and their organisations.
  • •Produce risk reports to communicate threat and opportunity status and drive implementation of mitigation actions, measurable management responses, and post-mitigation positions.
  • •Develop and drive risk contingency processes, maintain trigger point visibility for risk cost profiling and budget drawdown/retirement, and conduct quantitative risk assessments for cost and schedule contingencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in a relevant discipline with 8–15 years of relevant risk management experience.
  • •Working understanding of an integrated risk management process (risk, cost and schedule) on large programmes or projects.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills and commitment to improving ways of working.
  • •Ability to conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels.
  • •APM/IRM risk certification is preferred.
