Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform advanced configuration and customization of Teamcenter modules (Foundation, Change Management, NX Integration, MPP/Easy Plan, Active Integration, Dispatchers, etc.).
  • •Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to gather, refine, and document system requirements.
  • •Maintain and enhance Archer’s Teamcenter code management process using Bitbucket (Git), Jira, and TeamCity.
  • •Guide technical activities of additional team members such as offshore developers or junior PLM/CAD team members.
  • •Lead architecture reviews, performance audits, and PLM health checks; support upgrades, migrations, AI integration, and performance/scalability/security monitoring.

Salary: USD 126,700 - 158,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • •10–15 years configuring/customizing Siemens Teamcenter (or equivalent PLM) in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing.
  • •Demonstrated success designing PLM architectures, data models, interfaces, and integrations.
  • •Hands-on experience with Teamcenter configuration/programming tools and APIs (e.g., BMIDE, ITK, Workflow Manager, SOAP/REST, Active Workspace, scripting).
  • •Strong integration experience across PLM with CAD/CAE and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES) plus configuration management and variant/derivative management understanding.
