Job Summary

Design and architect Siemens Teamcenter configurations for an aerospace PLM/CAD platform, including advanced customization of modules and integration with NX, ERP, MES, and digital simulation/analysis systems. Key Responsibilities

•Perform advanced configuration and customization of Teamcenter modules (Foundation, Change Management, NX Integration, MPP/Easy Plan, Active Integration, Dispatchers, etc.).
•Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to gather, refine, and document system requirements.
•Maintain and enhance Archer’s Teamcenter code management process using Bitbucket (Git), Jira, and TeamCity.
•Guide technical activities of additional team members such as offshore developers or junior PLM/CAD team members.
•Lead architecture reviews, performance audits, and PLM health checks; support upgrades, migrations, AI integration, and performance/scalability/security monitoring.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 126,700 - 158,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Masters preferred).
•10–15 years configuring/customizing Siemens Teamcenter (or equivalent PLM) in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing.
•Demonstrated success designing PLM architectures, data models, interfaces, and integrations.
•Hands-on experience with Teamcenter configuration/programming tools and APIs (e.g., BMIDE, ITK, Workflow Manager, SOAP/REST, Active Workspace, scripting).
•Strong integration experience across PLM with CAD/CAE and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES) plus configuration management and variant/derivative management understanding.
