Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Work with stakeholders to ensure raw materials, packaging, and consumables are available to deliver the production plan on time and in full.
•Monitor delivery of the production plan, resolve work problems, and recommend measures to improve productivity on the lines.
•Supervise, coordinate, and schedule production associates handling kitting, processing, packaging, testing, and grading.
•Communicate goals and targets to associates, coordinate shifts, and assess employee performance against daily production targets.
•Ensure production areas and equipment are cleaned and sanitized, support HACCP/GMP and food safety/quality standards, and operate in compliance with Safety and OH&S guidelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 23.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma (or equivalent) or relevant experience.
•1-3 years of experience in a food processing, manufacturing, or service industry.
•Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage 30+ hourly employees.
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and video conferencing (Hangouts, Google Meet).
•Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs and work in a refrigerated environment (0°C to 4°C).
