Key Responsibilities

•Lead re-baselining and maintenance of the engineering lab environment to match customer production environments
•Serve as an expert for migration from legacy video infrastructure to modern, cloud-capable UC platforms, including platform upgrades and Smart Licensing transitions
•Provide Tier III troubleshooting and sustainment across UC video infrastructure across legacy and modern solutions
•Develop system capacity expansion plans and perform quality assurance and performance checks on UC telecom design and end-user peripherals
•Ensure architecture and designs comply with DoD directives and provide continuing security engineering support for classified networks

Key Requirements

•10+ years of related experience (or 14 years in lieu of a degree) with BA/BS background
•3+ years of real-time communications (VoIP/Video) with deep SIP/SDP/RTP/SRTP/TLS/WebRTC expertise
•Hands-on video infrastructure experience with Cisco VCS Control/Expressway (C & E series), including SIP/H.323 interworking and traversal zone configuration, plus Cisco/Poly/Pexip endpoints
•Troubleshooting expertise across signaling/media layers using call traces and packet captures (Wireshark/tcpdump)
•Experience integrating and/or managing classified voice and video systems; Active DoD Secret clearance
