Key Responsibilities

•Lead key proposals and presentations from pre-RFP positioning through interview stage, coordinating priority must-win pursuits from capture through interviews as required.
•Develop win strategy support by analyzing debriefs and lessons learned, facilitating workshops/sessions, and contributing to Go/No-Go, capture strategies, and greenlight analyses.
•Create detailed annotated outlines and first-draft content, compliance lists, and capture/proposal schedules, and lead/contribute to writing cover letters, executive summaries, past performance, management approaches, and resumes/staffing sections.
•Ensure quality and compliance of deliverables by driving adherence to delegation of authority guidelines and facilitating/reviewing pink and red team color reviews.
•Support continuous improvement by gathering client feedback post-proposal, managing proposal/project filing on the secure server and CRM, and supporting internal training or special projects as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (preferably Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or related) and 6+ years of related proposal experience, ideally in US Federal Civilian and/or DoD.
•Working knowledge of the A/E industry, including Federal clients, projects, people, credentials, and competitors.
•Evidence of successful leadership of multi-disciplinary or multi-geography proposals valued at $20M+.
•Strong understanding of proposal and presentation best practices, tools, and how to address evaluation criteria effectively.
•Proficiency with desktop publishing, graphics, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint) plus collaborative tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
