Job Summary

Drive cargo sales growth for Etihad Cargo, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical customers. Develop and execute commercial strategies, manage key accounts, and identify new business opportunities across Pharma, Perishables, and Aerospace. Own monthly revenue and operating targets, monitor country performance in Spain, analyze market and competitor activity, and coordinate with cargo operations to ensure seamless shipment delivery.

•Develop and execute sales strategies for the cargo division.

•Identify and target potential clients and markets to grow revenue, while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
•Manage key client relationships, run regular reviews, and lead seasonal contract negotiations and project cargo requests.

Key Requirements

•High School with 3 years of relevant work experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year’s relevant work experience in the field.
•Minimum 3 years of commercial experience within cargo.
•Fluent in English (written and spoken).
•Strong cargo commercial experience.
•Basic knowledge and experience with GHA/warehouse handling.
