Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Fever’s global compensation and benefits strategy to support talent strategy, culture, and growth plans across all countries.
  • •Develop and govern organizational and salary structures, including job architecture, job mapping, leveling, role scope, and internal equity.
  • •Partner with People and senior leadership to design and implement performance and reward programs aligned with Fever’s values.
  • •Own compensation frameworks and processes, including salary reviews, stock option plan, promotions, merit increases, and incentives.
  • •Oversee benchmarking and market intelligence, build metrics/dashboards for pay equity and rewards performance, and manage compensation/benefits providers.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or certification in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or People Analytics is a plus.
  • •7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, including owning or leading global compensation programs and teams.
  • •Strong knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, job architecture, benchmarking, performance and reward programs, and benefits.
  • •Experience designing and implementing compensation frameworks and processes (not only executing established ones).
  • •Fluent English (C1 or above) and strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets to translate complex data into recommendations.
