Job Summary

Lead program, project, and event delivery by coordinating and managing an entire team, and developing action plans for initiatives across Bupa Arabia. Oversee IT and non-IT operational projects with governance, reporting, and risk/compliance focus, including regulatory items. Manage portfolios and establish PM standards, mentor project managers, and engage stakeholders (including SAMA & CHI) while monitoring compliance metrics, KPIs, and executive-directed ad-hoc tasks.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and lead the completion of programs, projects, and events by managing team activities and action plans.
•Manage project portfolios aligned to organizational priorities and provide project management guidance across the lifecycle.
•Oversee IT and non-IT operational projects, ensuring governance, reporting, delivery, and closure of operational risks and internal audit agendas.
•Conduct compliance and risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and run project reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
•Design stakeholder engagement, monitor compliance metrics and KPIs, and manage operational inquiries and executive-directed ad-hoc tasks.

Key Requirements

•3–6 years of experience in corporate, operational, and compliance work environments.
•Bachelor's degree.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
•Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Power BI, SAS, and Congos.
•Experience managing operational project portfolios and compliance/risk items with stakeholders and regulators.
