Job Summary

Own outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification as the first point of contact for prospective customers. You’ll cold call and use email and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities, run discovery conversations, and tailor messaging to different industries. Partner with the Commercial team to build a healthy pipeline, schedule sales meetings, and maintain accurate CRM updates while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly activity and qualification targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels).
•Respond to inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
•Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, challenges, and suitability for Qashio’s solutions.
•Communicate Qashio’s value proposition and tailor messaging to different industries and customer profiles.
•Research target accounts and maintain accurate prospect and pipeline updates in the CRM.

Key Requirements

•1–2 years’ experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS or FinTech.
•Experience with both outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage senior decision-makers.
•Ability to make high-volume outbound calls and manage multiple conversations daily.
•Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
