Ticket Seller- Satellite Music Hall

Provide in-person and phone customer service for event ticketing, including Will Call and Guest List operations. Handle cash and ticket inventory tasks, reconcile daily/nightly sales, and support ticket pricing initiatives. Operate the Ticketmaster host system, maintain box office procedures and cleanliness, and troubleshoot night-of-show issues such as transfers, barcodes, and account problems. Ensure ADA-related requirements and compliance for ticketing events.
