Job Summary

Build and ship multiple customer-facing GenAI features for spend intelligence, agentic workflows, and automated actions. Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders to define what’s worth building, while applying rigorous evaluation, monitoring, and safe LLMOps practices in production. Act as a design partner to the GenAI Core platform team, establish delivery standards for AI squads, and mentor engineers in applied AI engineering across the full data-to-product chain.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship multiple AI-powered product features across agentic workflows, spend intelligence, and automated actions.
•Advise and prioritize what’s worth building with Product, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders, discovering and defining the product.
•Own AI feature evaluation, monitoring, and operationalization in production (evals, drift/performance tracking, safe prompt changes).
•Partner with the GenAI Core platform team as a design partner, validating platform choices with evidence from delivered features.
•Establish and enforce standards for AI feature delivery in product squads and upskill the team through mentorship and reviews.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience shipping multiple GenAI features into production at scale in a customer-facing product, ideally including multi-step tool-using agents.
•Ability to translate complex business and product visions into scalable AI solutions that you can autonomously scope, design, and build.
•Deep applied AI judgment, including evaluation, retrieval quality, tool use, failure modes, and trade-offs on what is worth building.
•Experience with LLM system evaluation and observability (tests, golden sets, online metrics, monitoring) and iterating based on results.
•Strong understanding of privacy and security risks in LLM applications, including prompt injection and safe handling of PII/data leakage.
