Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a customer portfolio of mega-size relationships to drive sales, manage credit risk, and deliver related services.
  • •Lead and deliver collective results with a team of relationship managers, associates, and analysts (people manager role).
  • •Assist the Director with strategy implementation related to assets and liabilities and achievement of departmental business targets.
  • •Structure credit facilities, prepare credit proposals, negotiate facility terms, and maintain loan assets at quality levels through ongoing credit assessment and monitoring.
  • •Execute sales and marketing of non-lending banking products to maximize profitability, and manage operational risks through identification, assessment, mitigation, and controls.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • •Proven experience in credit analysis, sales and marketing, and customer relationship management.
  • •Experience managing relationships with large corporates and a strong network in the local large corporate sector.
  • •Track record leading a team to deliver business results with strong management and leadership skills.
  • •Fluency in English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is a must.
