Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as liaison with local and system departments (e.g., IOC/Control Center, Customer Care, Crew Scheduling, Customer Ops, Daily Ops, Catering, Cabin Appearance, Business Partners, Flight Department).
  • •Oversee flight service base operational reliability by leading dependability engagement, communication, and accountability.
  • •Handle operational events by proactively providing crew assistance and coordinating delay mitigation based on engagement priority and operational impact.
  • •Coordinate with Daily Operations/IOC for guidance and support for flight attendant injuries and aircraft emergencies.
  • •Investigate and document delays (including Right Start, IPD, and IFS) and assist with administrative duties such as delay investigations and daily/monthly operational reports.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalency.
  • •On-site work at the assigned base/location and ability to work shift work including weekends and holidays.
  • •Experience with PC, Sabre, DECS, and RES.
  • •Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple events and situations simultaneously under demanding operational conditions.
  • •Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks for unescorted access privileges and pass a U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) mandated drug test.
