Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and contribute to the design and build of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned to architectural standards and best practices.
  • •Provide technical leadership for solution design, breaking down complex requirements and guiding implementation approaches.
  • •Own accurate estimation of development effort and proactively manage dependencies, assumptions, and delivery risks.
  • •Drive a quality-first engineering culture by ensuring solutions are well-designed, testable, maintainable, and production-ready; resolve technical issues and escalate risks appropriately.
  • •Mentor junior developers, support peer code reviews, and collaborate with architects, testers, Dev/DevOps, and product teams to achieve end-to-end delivery success.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years Salesforce platform experience and proven leadership of technical delivery on enterprise Salesforce programmes.
  • •Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, integration architecture, and data modelling, including Salesforce governor limits and development patterns.
  • •Proficiency in Salesforce (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions) and experience with Data Cloud, MuleSoft, OmniStudio, and Agentforce.
  • •Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Git-based workflows).
  • •Knowledge of public sector regulations and procurement processes, including compliance such as GDPR and FOIA (plus familiarity with public sector challenges like legacy systems and case management).
